Upon receiving your return and assessing the condition of your item, we will proceed with processing your return or exchange. Please allow a minimum of ten (10) days from the item’s receipt to complete the return or exchange process. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
QuatraCore reserves the right to impose a 50% restocking fee if any of the following conditions are met:
Missing or Altered Components: Components of the package are either missing or have been altered.
Defective/DOA Items: In the event you receive a non-functional or dead-on-arrival product, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost. However, if the item is found to be in proper working order, a 50% RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) fee will be applied.
Post-Warranty RMA Eligibility: RMA claims after the expiration of the warranty period may not be available to all customers. However, specific circumstances may make some customers eligible for RMA, typically within 30 to 45 days.
Damaged or Tampered Packaging: The original packaging shows signs of damage or tampering.
The following factors may result in a denial of replacement:
Mismatch with RMA Form: The item does not correspond to the details listed in the RMA form.
Physical Damage or Tampering: The product has been physically damaged or tampered with.
