Timelines for Shipping

We utilize USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx as our primary shipping carriers for dispatching products from our warehouses in the United States. The majority of orders are processed within 24 hours. Below is a list of the shipping services we provide, along with their approximate delivery times:

Ground Shipping (Free)

3 to 5 business days to ship, 3 to 5 business days to deliver.

2-Day FedEx Delivery

Ships on the same day or next day (for orders placed before 1 p.m. PST) and is expected to arrive within 2 business days.
For FedEx Overnight (am), it ships on the same day (for orders placed before 1 p.m. PST) or the next day, with delivery on the following business day morning.
For FedEx Overnight (pm), it ships on the same day (for orders placed before 1 p.m. PST) or the next day, and is delivered on the following business day.

Delivery on Saturday

Orders made by 1 p.m. PST on Fridays will be shipped the same day and delivered on Saturdays.
For Canada Shipping, the expected arrival time is 3 to 5 business days, with a transit time of 4 to 6 business days.
International shipping is projected to take 3 to 5 business days to arrive, with a transit time ranging from 7 to 10 days.

What is the Cut-off time?

The cut-off time, which signifies when your order will be processed after placement, is crucial. If you place an order before 1 p.m. Pacific Time, it will be processed on the same day. However, if you place an order after 1 p.m. Pacific Time, it will be processed on the following business day.

Free Ground Shipping

If you return a non-defective item that qualified for free standard shipping and request a refund, the refund amount will be reduced by the shipping charges. In the event that QuatraCore cannot find a replacement for an item, be assured that a full refund for your order will be issued.

Delays in Shipping

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays. Processing time is mandatory for all orders, and while assured shipping services guarantee only the travel time, this estimate excludes the order processing duration. It’s important to note that despite our best efforts to ship orders on the same day, we cannot provide a guarantee.
Specific shipping schedules cannot be assured for HI, AK, PR, Canada, and international locations.
Our order confirmations and quotes are not guaranteed to be fulfilled, and we retain the right to cancel any order at any time.
