Return Material Authorization (RMA) Process
If you need to return or exchange your product, kindly request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) after accepting our specified terms and conditions. This is obligatory for all our products, regardless of the reason for return.
Return the items with all accessories, manuals, software, and warranty claims in their original packaging and ensure they are undamaged.
Upon receiving your RMA number, please repack all items exactly as received. If the original box is damaged or marked, a restocking fee of 25% may apply.
Avoid writing directly on the packaging or box.
Clearly indicate the RMA number and our complete official address on the outer box of the package, as the package will not be accepted without RMA number verification.
Once the product reaches our supply chain department, you can expect to receive the exchanged product within ten days of receiving the damaged item.

Faulty Items under Warranty
Please submit an RMA request as soon as you discover a flaw in your purchased item. Following are the terms and conditions to agree to before the RMA request:

If the item cannot be repaired, we will dispatch a replacement. The replacement hardware may be new or comparable to new, featuring identical or equivalent specifications.
Order Acknowledgement

It is important to note that this acknowledgment is not a contract and does not constitute order acceptance; rather, it serves as a record of your order, outlining the purchase and its pricing.

In the case of the FOB shipping procedure, any risk, loss, or damage to the product will be solely passed onto the customer, their representative, or freight/carrier service.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us promptly. If the order has not been shipped, we will proceed with the cancellation and provide a full refund. Should the order already be in transit, the standard return process will be applicable. QuatraCore reserves the right to reject or cancel an order at its discretion, particularly in cases of product non-availability or back-order status. We apologize for any inconvenience and advise customers to be aware that certain products listed may not be in stock. Therefore, it is recommended to review stock details when placing an order. In instances where QuatraCore no longer offers or stocks a product received from a customer for replacement, or if the item is temporarily out of stock, it will be directed to the RMA Department. In such a scenario, customers will have two options:
